Our Contribution to SDG 13: Climate Action

To mitigate climate change, our research focuses on developing processes that utilize CO₂ as a raw material for producing chemical energy carriers such as dimethyl ether (DME) and methanol, thereby contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

The use of green hydrogen from renewable energies and its conversion into storable fuels and chemicals are decisive steps toward climate-neutral energy cycles.

Projects for the conversion of biomass and CO₂ into renewable fuels make a direct contribution to global climate protection.
