Accsess to NMR Data
The NMR data can be found on the file system of the department.
In order to access your data, you need an identification (access authorization) of the Department of Chemistry: User Administration IT
The file name indicates the spectrometer at which the spectrum was measured. The file name always has the form:
The name of the sample is shown in the title.
Please remember to pick up measured NMR samples! The samples are sorted according to working groups, so that the samples of other group members can be taken along. NMR samples that have not been collected are disposed of at regular intervals!
For lab courses (OCP, ISP and Pharmacy) there are shared folders. The data is stored under
Access and further information can be obtained from your assistant.
Various programs are available for the evaluation of the spectra: MestreNova is available from the IT Service. The program requires a network license and can only be used within the university network (or via VPN).
There is currently a free academic license for Topspin: TOPSPIN
