The MC-P is an introductory internship in plastics manufacturing, processing, and characterization. In accompanying seminars, modern methods for the production and characterization of polymers are theoretically highlighted and put into practice.

The purpose of the internship is to acquire further knowledge in order to understand basic technical and chemical operations, heat and mass transfer and the design of reaction systems.

In this internship, you gain insight into the complex field of polyurethane chemistry via polyol production, polyurethane synthesis and physical characterization.

The laboratory internship serves to consolidate the knowledge from the lecture and to learn working techniques in the chemical laboratory as well as the handling of chemical substances.

The Laboratory Internship Chemistry II serves to consolidate the knowledge from the lecture “Organic Chemistry” as well as to acquire basic knowledge in synthetic organic chemistry.
