On the occasion of the 100th birthday of our former Hamburg colleague, Professor Erwin Weiss (1926–2019), we invite you — out of remembrance for his scientific work — to a symposium on Friday, 10 July 2026, from 2.30 to 5.30 pm, in Lecture Hall D.

We were able to secure three highly distinguished guest speakers from all corners of the world and organometallic chemistry: Marina Uzelac (UK), Sjoerd Harder (DE), and Hideki Yorimitsu (JP). In addition, there will be a small social programme.
