Instrumentation at the HSFS
The following is a list of equipment and instruments that are not part of the general laboratory equipment. In addition, the Institute hosts food chemistry and molecular biology laboratories. Nearly all laboratories have a S1 biosafety level certifcation, in addition, we have a bio safety level 2 laboratory and an ISO 8 cleanroom.
Since research in the Fischer working group is divided into the areas of genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, isotopolomics and biochemistry, this division is also reflected in the following table:
