Since December, our research group has a new member!  Max Münchow, who is a pharmacist by training, started as a doctoral student. He rejoined us after his 6 months internship with us last year.
During his internship, the focus of his work was on pharmacodynamic interactions for antimalaria drugs. He also contributed to the understanding of the effect of various meropenem dosing schemes on the probability of target attainment in cerebral spinal fluid.
Max’s research will be heavily computational, investigating novel approaches for model-informed precision dosing.
