August was a successful month for our working group with two accepted papers!

In the study "Towards clinically relevant dose ratios for Cabamiquine and Pyronaridine combination using P. falciparum field isolate data" by Maiga et al., we propose dosing regimens for the novel antimalarial combination cabamiquine/pyronaridine using field isolates using a pharmacometric approach. The study was published in Nature Communications.

The review "Model-informed precision dosing: State of the art and future perspectives" by Minichmayr et al. provides a comprehensive overview on different methods applied in Model-informed precision dosing. The review was published in Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews.
