ISAP and ECCMID Meeting in Copenhagen

On April 14 2023, the annual meeting of the International Society of Antiinfective Pharmacology (ISAP) took place in Copenhagen, Denmark. From our group, Aneeq Farooq presented his research on novel combination therapies against highly-resistant Gram negative bacteria. He received the ISAP Young Investigator Award for his presentation and work – Congratulations!

From April 15 – 18 2023, the European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ECCMID) took also place in Copenhagen. Aneeq Farooq presented a poster flash talk and Christoph Pfaffendorf presented his work on the pharmacokinetics of artesunate in Malaria-infected children in an oral presentation. It was nice to catch-up with many colleagues and friends!
