New publication comparing pharmacokinetic models for individualized doses of factor VIII in Hemophilia A patients

Safe and effective dosing of coagulation factor VIII is challenging and can be supported by model-informed precision dosing. Together with our colleagues at the NHS Royal Free London, UK, David Uster from our team lead this analysis comparing the predictive performance of different population pharmacokinetic models of factor VIII.
