Keqi Shi attend the annual PAGE Meeting in Dubrovnik last week and presented his work on optimal design approaches to improve preclinical PK that was conducted in collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim. Specifically, he evaluated the potential benefit of machine learning-informed optimal design on the reliable identification of key PK parameters.
We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the pharmacometrics community and to learn about the latest methodological developments in the field. Many thanks to the organizers for hosting such a wonderful event!
We also appreciate M&S Decisions, who hosted a workshop on a model-informed approach for safe starting dose estimations in First-in-Human trials, providing valuable insight into translational mechanistic modeling.
We look forward to PAGE next year!
