New publication comparing covariate modelling techniques

The stepwise covariate modelling (SCM) is a standard technique to evaluate covariate effects in population pharmacokinetic analyses. The full random effects covariate modelling technique (FREM) is a new technique, but there is much less experience with it. Lisa Amann from our group compared the operational characteristics of both techniques in her paper, that was recently published in the Journal of Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics.
