New publication on PK and toxicodynamics of linezolid under continuous infusion

Together with our clinical collaborators at the Hospital Heidenheim, we investigated the pharmacokinetics and toxicodynamics of linezolid under continuous infusion in critically-ill patients. We developed a pharmacometric model and derived PK/Toxicity breakpoints for the use linezolid in this patient collective. The paper is published in the International Journal of Antimicrobial Agents.
