New publication on linezolid pharmacokinetics in MDR-TB patients

Adequate linezolid dosing in MDR-TB patients is ongoing debate as in the required long-term treatment efficacy has to be well balanced with safety. Anna Tietjen, former master student in our research group, approached this question from a pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic perspective.
