We are seeking a highly motivated PhD student to join our research group for the CO-PROTECT project. CO-PROTECT is a german-french research consortium investigating new rational combination therapies, which is co-lead by our research group. 

The PhD project will deal with pharmacometric research in the field of anti-infective combination therapy. The research tasks will include performance of in vitro experiments using in vitro infection models (hollow fiber system), development of bioanalytical techniques using HPLC-UV and LC-MS/MS as well as pharmacometric data analysis using in vitro and in vivo data to ultimately translate the results on favorable combinations into the clinical setting.
