Nanosciences Departmental Student Representative Committee
Welcome to the website of the nanosciences departmental student representative committee.
It provides information about us, our work, and how you can reach us.
The departmental student representative committee (FSR) represents the interests of the departmental student body or a degree program. It takes care of organizational matters, appoints committee members, and addresses students’ personal wishes and concerns. We also have organized several winter and summer parties for students and we hope that we'll be able to continue this tradition in the future!
This means that if you have an issue, you can come to us.
Once a year the FSR is elected at an assembly to which every student of the nanosciences is welcome. We'd be happy if you want to join the FSR.
You can find us in our FSR office in the Department of Chemistry on right side next to the Lecture Hall A. The opening hours will be determined in mid October.
Until then you can always write us an email(nano-fsr"AT"physnet.uni-hamburg.de). The FSR Chemistry (office on the left, next to Lecture Hall A) and the FSR Physics (office on the right, next to the entrance to the Department of Physics - Jungiusstraße 9) are also always happy to help!
Information relating to the orientation week can be found on the website. If you have any questions regarding this topic write them an email(nano-oe"AT"physnet.uni-hamburg.de). There is also a presemester math course, which we highly recommend.
