Due to the Corona crisis, the following applies to new applications/ renewal applications for academic and TVP staff: After consultation with your supervisor, send an e-mail to the service address with a photo (jpg) and a completed application (PDF).

Required since 02.04.2020:
Employees: Valid proof of eligibility (request form)
and the request form must be signed by the AK leader or deputy.

Due to the Corona crisis, the following applies to students submitting new applications/renewal requests for ID cards: Send an e-mail to the service address with a portrait picture on a neutral  background/passport picture (jpg), identity card (jpg), student card (jpg) and completed application (PDF).
The applications will then be checked and the ID cards will be produced.

Required since 06.05.2020:
Students: Valid proof of eligibility (student card and identity card)
and the request form must be brought / sent along.
