field of activity:
I organise the advanced
practical course in physical chemistry
Apart from this there is always something else to be done concerning
teaching (tutorials etc.) or organising.
In the work group of Professor H. Weller I am responsible for the FTIR
spectrometer, a DSC, and a TG.
After my studies in Chemistry at the University of Hamburg I made my
diploma work in the work group of Professor Weller on the topic of NMR
spectroscopy on CdS nanocrystallites in 1997. I stayed in this group as
a Ph. D. student. My work was supervised by Horst Weller and Alexander
and I finished my thesis in 2001. The topic was
II-VI semiconductor nanocrystals:
examinations of the surface and
and it was written in german.
