The research activities at the Institute of Technical and Macromolecular Chemistry are all related to the material polyurethane and can be divided into two categories: the development of novel polyurethanes with improved properties through new chemical approaches and work towards a better understanding of the structure-property relationships of polyurethanes.

The research projects are carried out in close collaboration with professors Luinstra, Moritz and Stribeck. Bachelor and Master students who wish to write their theses in the field of polyurethane chemistry are welcome to contact me, preferably via email.
