This document is part of Volume 9 ‘Electrochemistry’, Subvolume A, of Landolt-Börnstein - Group IV ‘Physical Chemistry’. This document lists the free enthalpies of adsorption of ions and organic molecules at the following metal electrodes: silver (Ag), gold (Au), bismuth (Bi), carbon (C), cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), gallium (Ga), mercury (Hg), indium (In), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), palladium (Pd), platinum (Pt), antimony (Sb), tin (Sn), zinc (Zn). The electrolyte solutions and the adsorbates are specified, and the methods of determination of the enthalpies are given.
