Abstract

This chapter lists the data on chemical diffusion in inhomogeneous binary alloys with varying compositions. The binary alloys include Nb-V binary alloy, Nb-W binary alloy, Nb-Zr binary alloy, Ni-Pd binary alloy, Ni-Pt binary alloy, Ni-Si binary alloy, Ni-Sn binary alloy, Ni-Ta binary alloy, Ni-Th binary alloy, Ni-Ti binary alloy, Ni-V binary alloy, Ni-W binary alloy, Ni-Zn binary alloy, Pb-Sn binary alloy, Pd-Ti binary alloy, Pb-Tl binary alloy, Pd-V binary alloy, Pt-Re binary alloy, Pu-Ti binary alloy, Pu-U binary alloy, Pu-Zr binary alloy, Re-W binary alloy, Rh-W binary alloy, Si-U binary alloy, Sm-U binary alloy, Sn-Ti binary alloy, Sn-Zr binary alloy, Sr-U binary alloy, Ta-Ti binary alloy, Ta-W binary alloy, Ti-U binary alloy, Ti-V binary alloy, Ti-Zr binary alloy, U-W binary alloy and U-Zr binary alloy. The values of pre-exponential factor, activation enthalpy and interdiffusion coefficient, temperature range and methods for measuring interdiffusion coefficients are tabulated.
